Originally from Des Moines, Joseph has continued his career throughout the United States, singing with The Dallas Opera, Florida Grand Opera, Opera Omaha, Chautauqua Opera Company, Vero Beach Opera, Wichita Grand Opera, Charlottesville Opera, Painted Sky Opera, Peach State Opera, Opera on the James, Village Opera, and American Baroque Opera Company.
2025/2026
August 2025 will feature his debut as Valentin in Gounod's Faust on August 22nd returning to Village Opera. He then debuts with FL Opera and Zarzuela to sing Vidal in Luisa Fernanda. Staying in Florida, Joseph returns to Florida Grand Opera for their fall production of Silent Night, debuting as German Soldier #1 and covering Lt. Horstmayer, we well as debuting Escamillo in Carmen with the M.I.A.M.Y Festival. 2026 sees his debut with Opera Omaha, singing Elder Ott in Carlisle Floyd's Susannah to celebrate the composer's 100th anniversary year.
