Originally from Des Moines, Joseph has continued his career throughout the United States, singing with The Dallas Opera, Florida Grand Opera, Opera Omaha, Chautauqua Opera Company, Vero Beach Opera, Wichita Grand Opera, Charlottesville Opera, Painted Sky Opera, Peach State Opera, Opera on the James, and American Baroque Opera Company.
2025/2026
Summer 2025 sees Joseph return to The Church of the Village to reprise Marcello in La bohème in May as well as debuting with Fox Valley Opera as a soloist in their summer spectacular concert, singing excerpts as Scarpia (Tosca) and Rigoletto. August will feature his debut as Valentin in Gounod's Faust in a soon to be announced production. 2026 sees his debut with Opera Omaha, singing Elder Ott in Carlisle Floyd's Susannah.
